    Favorite food – protein ( chicken thighs), favorite card – yam, favorite fat- peanut butter, favorite cheat meal, don’t hate me pizza ( real neopolitan thin crust, not that crap that is all cheese)..lastly favorite snack nuts.     Ive read you should be careful with flax seeds, as they raise estrogen a lot. Brown rice also has arsneic in it, and white rice has a comparable glycemic index when paired with fats and proteins which will slow absorption. And come on, whos eating nothing but rice and carbs? White rice is better. Overall good video, though.

    Oats, Qunioa, Brown Rice, Potatoes are mainly carbohydrates. They all surprisingly have little fiber as well. Read the nutrition label on each product (except potatoes of course) and youll see. They all have a ton of carbs that you do not need so much of, on a daily basis. If you disagree, check it out and get back to me.
