You can select a number of foods from lists including categories such as carbohydrates, fats and proteins. One serving in a category is called a “choice. Glycemic index Some social people who have diabetes use the glycemic index to select foods, carbohydrates especially. This method ranks carbohydrate-containing foods based on their effect on blood glucose levels.

    *Since implementing Heron methods a months ago, I just wanted to let you know that I did just one day of the 3 exercises and went from 155/95 to a reading, the very next day, of 121/82. I’m so excited, and I hope to be even lower by the end of the week. I’ve been on Amlodipine and Lisinopril for months, and haven’t been able to get it lower than 135/90.     Im 16 and im diagnosed with hypertension, no family history, I compete in powerlifting and yet my blood pressure sat around 150/70. Doctors gave me 5mg of nebivolol and also gave me some natural herbs like ashwagandha, bacopa monnieri and jatamansi since they think it is cause Im just naturally always stressed out and worried.

    Atm my blood pressure sits around 140/60 which is not perfect but its getting better hopefully.

    Im 32, I have prehypertension. 130/83. That freaked me out. All I wanted to was gain weight etc. Ive been skinny my whole life. So, all I would be doing is dirty bulking. Also, Ive always ate fast food my whole life. Thankfully for me. I quit smoking 10 years ago, never been a drinker and never done drugs besides marijuana but I dont even smoke that.

    So Im like damn, Im 59 170 lbs.. so Im starting to walk every day..Im going to change my diet. I consumed so much sodium. No fruits, veggies. Im going to eat more fruits and veggies. Make my own pancakes that way I can reduce the salt and egg yoke. Also I ate just whites for the first time without egg yoke.

    I can feel the hypertension. My chest is always right. Heart palpitations, fluttering. Sometimes my breathing is tight..

    People take care of yourselves! I have prehypertension. Im going to do my best to reverse this before it gets to hypertension

    Hey Abraham! How are you? I just had my free biometrics done at my job and when it came to my blood pressure, the numbers supposedly meant I was in hypertension stage 1. Im glad I found this video because Ive been trying to find healthy ways of dealing with this on top of GERD since Im new to this. I was also going to ask..since Ive been experiencing fatigue, headaches (almost daily), and chest pains ( supposedly also from GERD), are there natural remedies to relieve or reduce these symptoms?

    Any idea why I wake up with high blood pressure? To the point where I throw up but it gets a little better as the day goes on and after I eat supper it almost goes away.

    Isnt sleep supposed to lower blood pressure not raise it? Why after I eat supper does it mostly go away?

    I am 28. I am suffering with high BP around 150 since 3 months. Number of times I have taken ECG and eco and trend mill everything is fine. Im following medication as per doctors suggestions during those days it will be fine after stopping medication again raising bp.     I have high BP 150/90 my grandfather also had BP throughout his life. 190/105 / He lived to be 103. Doctor John Bergman on the internet will tell you that older people need a higher BP and BP itself is not a serious factor in heart problems unless it is super high and then you begin to see the difference according to insurance statistics. Yes, we should have a lower BP but take into consideration other factors/

    I learn so much thank you Abraham. I have a question on Sunday night my blood pressure was over 200 and I drank lime water. If that ever happens how do I lower my blood pressure so it can go down. I took my blood pressure med. In morning and to lower it I took half blood pressure med to help lower it. Its drinking alot water good to lower blood pressure too high.
