    So what is low salt, and low fat? Ill look on the backs of food packages to see how much fat and salt is contained, but I dont know how low the amounts have to be for it to be safe. For example if it says that for every 100g theres 2.3g of salt, that may sound low but for all I know it still might be way too high.
