    I really want to do this but I dont think my parents would let me. They are pretty strict when it comes to what I eat, they want me to eat whatever they cook and not what I think is good and a good meal. Even if its healthy. My parents would make me eat sorta a lot or my friends would and in the end, they would call me fat and that I needed to lose weight. I tried a 30 day exercise and diet but it didnt work out because of what my parents made me eat. How could I do this without them noticing even though we eat together all the time and they are always checking on me?

    Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every weight loss program that was available, however in the end not one of them helped me to reduce and keep the weight off.     I’ve done this before about a year ago and i lost the 10 pounds i have just recently kinda gained some of it back about 5 pounds of it and i am now doing it again. My brother did the same thing but he gained it all back immediately. Think it depends on the person but he also could have cheated. Make sure to follow it completely!!!!

    Honestly guys this is not worth it you can gain all the weight back quick or even more the best way to loose weight is just by being healthy on all possible ways. Sleep the most you can don’t stay up late and don’t wake up late. Second drink water a lot of water. Third exercise at least 30 minutes of cardio. Lastly you wanna make sure you eat small portions of food you can have 5 meals but small or you can have two big meals a day is all a preference.

    And get use to it its your brain that makes you think youre hungry when really you are not you maybe board and want to eat because of that you dont have to you can do a project get your mind off of food dont eat when youre not really hungry if you get like this drink a cup of coffee no alcohol or pop or juice

    i started doing this diet 2 weeks ago the first week i did lose exactly 10 pounds but by the second week i only lost 5 pounds and by the 3rd week i only lost 4 pounds even though i really followed the whole diet to the point of starvation 😭 even my stomach was sick of just drinking green tea so i am guessing this diet only works if u do it like once a month 🤷🏻‍♂️

    For people who think lose weight after the diet, it’s not fat. Your just burning water fat. It is literally impossible to lose 10 pounds of fat in 3 days. There’s really no point of doing this diet

    Well I noticed only one thing wrong with this video really theyre leaving out the fact that one slice of bread is equal to 6 tablespoons of sugar so every day youre still consuming an awful lot of sugar in your body that you dont need sugar turns to fat
